Data we process and why

Email enquiries. We use your contact details, message and attachments only to respond to your enquiry and maintain business correspondence. Within codingmonkeys, only the director accesses these enquiries.

We currently have no fixed retention period or scheduled deletion for email correspondence.

Sending an enquiry is voluntary. Without sufficient contact information and context, we may be unable to respond.

Website visits. This website is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps.

Service providers

We use Microsoft 365 for email. We use no other tools or services to handle website enquiries.

Microsoft 365 reports both the current and committed storage geography for our Exchange Online email as European Union/EFTA. This describes storage location and does not establish that all processing or access takes place within the EEA.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you can request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. To exercise your rights, use the email address above.

Right to object. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You can lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including Slovenia’s Information Commissioner.
